As the above poster said, you need to know if you even have fertility issues. If you do, then they need to try and figure out what it is. You cannot just take random medicines in an attempt to get pregnant. There are many things women claim MAY help with conceiving, but they're OTC and none make the claim that they help. You also shouldn't get anything offline because you don't know where it's coming from, if it will work, how much and how often you should take it, and if anything else is mixed with it. Speak to a doctor for anything concerning this, and don't try anything on your own.
well, you should know what is the cause of your infirtility first, so that you know what pills to take. please check with your doctor and never try anything on your own. however, Knautica's suggestion is good and helps preparing your body to get pregnant, but will not solve any infirtility promblems, if you have any.
I'm not sure about fertility pills, but I know it's best to start taking prenatal vitamins right away especially for the folic acid! Best of luck!
