Im a ftm and for the past couple of days ive had little pains in my belly and my belly keeps getting really tight well yesterday they got worse even if i layed down they didn't go away and my back was killing me i even woke up around 6:40am and started having them . I get them on and off all day but yesterday they were Horrible what could this be im also 32weeks or possibly further along.

I've been having similar pains but I'm 39 w1 day maybe ur baby is just dropping. Ask ur Dr next.visit.if its prelabor they won't go away right? Hut it could be braxtons...

The pains were in my lower part of my belly and i have not lost my mucus plug or have any bleeding yet. Im just worried of dilating early.
