fever while pregnant?

I think I have a fever..which I very rarely have..but cannot check until my bf gets home bc I don't know where he put the thermometer. My temp us usually very low-96.8 to 97.8 depending on what time of day and how active I've been. I'm 17+3 and don't know the danger zone for when I'm pregnant. Would it be any fever like 101.3 or lower like 99 or higher like 103?? If I hit one of those marks, should I just try treating it myself or call the doc? My son's bday party is tonight and I REALLY don't wanna ruin it for him, but I also don't want to bake the babies if they're not going to be okay.

100 is considered a low grade fever. You need to start worrying when your fever is 103+, you can't seem to break your fever, or other symptoms arise. Take tylenol, and push fluids. Preferably water or gatorade. Try to stay away from soda and juices. Just take it easy and relax. Also a tepid bath can cause a fever to break as well.

When you put your hand to your head can you tells its hot? If so you don't have a fever cause if you did your whole body would be the same temperature and you wouldn't be able to.tell the difference

I've tried a popsicle and it felt better for a few mins. Now my whole head is hot and I feel like I'm breathing fire again. Tylenol has the stuff for fever reducer right? If no one else knows any other meds, I'll just take that after seeing what the temp is in case I do have to go to the hospital and they'll have some reference

Take some fever reducer/pain reliever I cannot remember what you're supposed to take when pregnant aside from Tylenol. Try chewing ice or eating popcicles or taking a cool shower or bath. I'd say if you reached 100 or higher go to the hospital.
