Okay this is my first pregnancy && I have so many questions but I'm afraid to ask my doctor anything.. is it basically normal to breakout all over your body? Like even in hidden places?

it's normal. my friend did and I did with my girl, but only on my face and not at all with my son. everyone is different

Totally normal. It happen to me. I got the worst break outs for first trimester

Your doctor has heard it all, dont be afraid to ask. I never broke out but your hormones are craazy and it can cause break outs.
