When you have your first doctors appointment they should give you a bunch of different samples to choose from. They all will be good just find the one that works for your body and order a prescription :)
Also if you have trouble keeping them down then take them at night. That's what I do
The easiest ones to keep down are the gummies they do pretty good but if you can't keep those kind or regular prenatal pills down! Take 2 flintstone vitamins a day and it equals to 1 prenatal! Congrats!:)
