Toast, I ate plain popcorn, I drank a lot of gatorade , really any bland food also regular oatmeal
Try gateraid or sucking on a lemon they say it makes that digusting morning feeling go away or u can buy candies (taste great) at maternity stores or baby stores that help with morning sickness
