Thanks so much im still so worried gaining fast and its awful to see my body getting out of hand but ill take all your helpful advise and stau positive for my baby I appreciate all the comments here so thanks very much xxxx
Best exercises you can do is Yoga... you can also youtube pregnancy workouts... but first you might want to talk to your doctor ofcourse... an gaining weights goea along with everything of pregnanch hormone changes, headakes ann all those good thing im full term an have gain SO MUCH yet i have decided not get to me because at tje end it will all be worth it... also what might helps is keep getting ready through all ur pregnancy do your hair an make up... that helped me alot :)
Just remember to eat healthy drink lots of fluids and walk . weight gain is going to happen during pregnancy . but walking is a great way to stay n shape during pregnacy. Dont worry about numbers . just remember your baby needs you to gain weight . baby weight is fairly easy to work off .especially after your first. Breastfeeding will help u lose baby weight of u plan on breastfeeding
Ill try hun but I just feel horrible and unfortunately my body image is something Im struggling with worst part the weight gain hope I lose it all and more soon as my babys here xxx
Don't weigh yourself hun, it's the worse thing I did I weighed myself last week at 37weeks, I have put on 3stone, you can do light exercise but nothing to strenuous, I've been diagnosed with spd so find it hard to move around and walk more than 10yards let alone do exercise, take it easy and enjoy ur pregnancy x
