flinstone vitamins vs prenatal?
Has anyone ever took the complete flintstone vitamins? I'm now taking that vitafusion gummy prenatal and they don't have any iron or calcium so I got the Flintstones instead BC I heard they were OK to take? Is it? And how many should I take?
OK thank you I'm 23 weeks already so its not an issue of making me sick.. I just need a more complete vitamin BC the gummy prenatal vitamins I take have no calcium or iron.. and I need both those things.. just wasn't sure I'd the Flintstones were OK to take and I didn't know how many.
I just started taking them cuz every other kind made me sick. i take one a day thats wat the bottle says. So far iv done much better on them
