How is this heat effecting you, and other than staying in how are you coping with it?

I am in Clearwater and I don't leave for anything. Unless it involves eating or swimming! Lol!

Im not in Florida but I'm in WA and we are experiencing 111+ temps here! I went to a Jason aldean concert and thought I was going to pass out! Drink lots of cold water, stay hydrated! And snack! Wear thing clothes and really just try to stay out of it as much as possible unless you're near water lol. This heat has been making me sick it's so hot! Also I kept rubbing ice cubes on my body to cool off lol.

I've been avoiding leaving my house except for errands and Dr's appointments, I decide how long im gonna wait to get my mail based off how humid it feels when I stick my head outside for my dogs to go play

Im visiting Jacksonville and weve been swimming basically everyday either the beach or a pool lol its been helping but if not i been wearing barely anything lol lots of water and cold washcloths

I stay inside most the time , when I do go out I stay hydrated and snack a lot! Florida heat ***** this summer!

This is one heat I can't cope with.  I stay in as much as possible until sunset. Take care.
