I flew from florida to costa rica when I was 16 weeks pregnant and flew back when I was 18 weeks. The doctor said to walk up and down the isles every hour. To keep your blood circulating!

I flew at 14wks (TX-NYC), 20wks (TX-Mexico) & I'll be flying at 32wks (TX-NYC) & 34wks (TX-Europe). I get up frequently to pee anyways.. get an aisle seat. Drinks lots of water & walk around when possible. You can also buy special socks, I wore them when I flew Texas to Turkey (14 hr flight).

My doctor encouraged travelling until 34 weeks, then it would be a concern.  Every doctor os different though!

Something to look out for... blood clots are common in pregnancy and sitting on a long flight increases that risk.  I'm not trying to scare you,  but if you must take a long flight,  pls try to walk around and move your legs a few times during the flight.
