6 weeks no heartbeat please help me

On Wednesday of last week I found out I was pregnant with my 3rd child. I have 2 other children born both at 38 weeks and healthy! Now I woke up on Thursday with some brown bleeding, I immediately called this free clinic in my area( because this was a unplanned pregnancy I have no health isurance so I was not prepared for this) They got me in at 10:00 , She did an ultrasound and found the embryo and said by the measurements I was 6 weeks and 1 day. She said she could not detect a heartbeat though and thought that I was possibly miscarrying and instructed me to be seen by the emergency room or my obgyn within 3 days. Well later that night I decided to go to the emergency room because I couldn't take it anymore I needed answers. I went to the emergency room they took another pregnancy test and blood work to check my HCG levels and another ultrasound. Again the ultrasound no heartbeat, but my hormone levels were matching at where I was suppost to be in the pregnancy and so they called my Dr on call at the obgyn place that I've gone to for my other 2 boys. She said she's not 100 percent sure this pregnancy is a loss so I went in there for blood work today to recheck my hormone levels, (at the hospital there were 11,000) At the doctors today they were 11,457! Not much better I have another ultrasound on Thursday. Im soo nervous because I have never had these issues with my other two boys. Can someone please tell me if they've gone threw something similar , I'm very scared I may lose this baby

hiya ive just found out im preg they said i was 5-6 weeks they cant see much just the sack they have booked me in in a weeks time to hopefully see more ive been getting really bad pains try not to worry as this will make u worse they said it was normal to me x

at 6 weeks its too early to detect a hrtbeat. they usually wont find one til 10-12. weeks. unless she has another reason for saying a miscarriage just wait it out.

Your levels rose in a matter of hours. Id say thats a good thing. 6 weeks is usually to early to see a heartbeat anyway. Ive had this happen to me. As long as your levels are rising normally which it seems like they are i would try not to worry.
And dont keep comparing this pregnancy to your others. Each one is different . good luck

Im going through the same thing sort of......I went in today to get an ultra sound and all they saw was a sac and Im about 5 wks and maybe 6 days Ive been told its normal. Now for you I feel like if your numbers are going up that its a good sign however your numbers should at least double every 48 hours or come close to it. If I were you Id stay positive like Im trying to do and just wait till you hit the 8 wk mark that's the best time to see the fetus and hear the heartbeat!!! I'll keep you in my thoughts and prayers!!!! And congrats on # 3!!!!
