I didnt find anything that helped its normal... i found potatoes were good cause you can eat less but it fills yyou up faster.but i fear factor food until i was about 17weeks. Good luck
Usually dry foods like bagels, toast, and cereal would help me get through the day. Sometimes soups if I got tired of all those and needed flavor bc that's pretty easy on the stomach too
This pregnancy I had it BAD and I would just make sure I ate things that didn't have too much of a smell to them. I would try and eat fresh fruit and things too. Toast was a good saviour as well.
Sadly, you just have to wait it out. Just make sure you are taking your vitamins and if you can handle maybe smoothies or something...that might help.
I ate the heck outta PB&J. I had food aversions with both my pregnancies until about 5 months. If you can, try smoothies. I was able to at least drink strawberry Ensure once a day to try and keep vitamins in me.
I would eat cereal, as soon as I felt hungry I had to eat quickly or I would get naseous and if I smelt food cooking that made me feel sick too so cereal was quick enough that I didnt get a chance to turn my nose up at it!
I hd trouble eatn at tht point as well an I ate alotta potatos, to keep me filled gud luck
Ohh yeah, I'm 6w2d and STILL feeling this way, if you find any relief let me know!! :( I agree with the other ladies though, toast, and bagels have been my go to so far!
I ate a lot of rice at that point, with cheese of course. It was only thing that tasted right/good.
