food? backpain?

I am 6 weeks along. And when I go to lay down of a night I can't sleep due to back pain. And I have tried everything I normally do to get rid of it. But it seems to not relax my back. Do you guys have any thing to get rid of it at least long enough to fall asleep? And now food. Lol. I'm hungry all the time but sometimes I'm so sick that I don't want to eat. Any suggestions to help with that?

Im 26 weeks today but had horrible nausea in the beginning, I lost 20 pounds in 6 weeks. Ginger ale helped a little bit but lemons by far helped the most. I would drink iced tea with tons of fresh lemon juice. As far as back pain, I didnt have it that early but I get excruciating back pain now that radiates throughout my ribcage into my upper stomach, I take a hot bath with lemon verbena epsom salts which help with pain and relaxing then lay down. I decided about 2weeks ago to get a gel memory foam mattress topper and it was the best decision ive made. It helps sooo much. :)
