pregnancy differ

So i know all pregnancies are different...
But in all the articles i read about pregnancies  they all say in the second trimester the woman starts to regain her energy back an the feeling of nausea fades away...im 14 weeks and 4 days and in my second trimester an i feel even more tired...even less energetic and i have the urge to vomit more often. I feel bad that i dont have energy to play with my son. And my husbands been doing all the work around the house. If i force myself to cook i cant wait till im done lol...and lower back pains are starting to kick in. Any suggestions?

I read the same thing and was disappointed to have the opposite happen to me as well lol I had nausea until 30-31 weeks and my fatigue never stopped, but I had days it wasn't as bad. I'm now 36 weeks and sooooo tired, but can't sleep. So just rest whenever you can. Hope you feel better soon! :)

With my first son my second trimester was horrible.compared to my first. Sick tired everything haha. Just try and not let it get u down. Do stuff that makes u feel great, go swimming get ur hair done. It won't make the sickness go away but it will help u to stay positive about being pregnant!

Try slightly increasing your activity, I know it sounds backwards but sometimes the endorphins you get from moderate activity can help you our later. Maybe take your son on a walk to the corner store for a freezie? Or just take a walk around your block, start with one lap then next day do two. It would also help with the lower back pain. Google some basic exercises and stretch every night  that will definitely help the pain. But you will get your energy back at some point! And when that happens, don't waste it all! Be productive :)
