Im 5 weeks what can I eat or not eat ?

I stopped liking meat for a period of time it was very weird cuz usually i love meat so i was put on a new prenatal for iron and i ate lots of peanut butter and jelly and eggs and stuff with protein in it .

Yeah when i heard about deli meats i had been eating salami like crazy , lol but i always toast my subs and sandwiches on the foreman grill so all was good :)

Lol i didnt see the word what my phone screen is cracked -.- but yeah fruits and veggies , certain teas are okay others arent , i dont drink it either though so im not sure . Rice , bread , applesauce toast . Cooked eggs . Pasta is good . Real fruit juoce is good . Things with protein , iron , omega 3 , tilapia is very good for omega 3 and safe during pregnancy . Stay away from fish high in mercury like tuna . You can eat it but not alot and not often . I eat 5-6 small meals a day . Milk i very good and of course water . Avocado is good . Leafy veggies are the best kinds of veggies , and basically anything you really crave . But i just looked at my bf and asked what all is good for me to eat and he said the food pyramid tell her to look at the food pyramid thats perfect . (He knows i be on here talking to you guys haha) but hes very right . The food pyramid is basically everything we need :)

And don't worry about deli meats. They're pre cooked but just have to be warmed up before you eat them.

I think shes asking what she should not eat and what's good to eat. You should eat a lot of fruits and veggies. Stay away from raw fish and rare meats. Make sure everything is fully cooked. You can eat a little bit of tuna but not like a can a day. Oh and stay away from things with raw eggs in it. Don't drink to much juice and only a little bit of caffeine a day,I think its 8ozs a day. Milk and water are really good to drink,not sure about tea cause I dont drink it. Hope this helps.

What do you mean ? Of course you can eat , and if you mean you have lost your appetite than yeah that may happen . But you should keep something in your belly at all times . Even if that means snack on things throughout the day . If you dont feel like eating you should still try your best to eat something both you and the baby need it . Im the first trimester dehydration comes very easily . Stay hydrated and that doesnt just mean liquids that means food too . I used to eat bread and rice alpt because it was filling . And try to avoid caffeine as much as possible . Congrats on the baby :)
