I love tuna but my dr said no more than 2 cans a week
yeah i knew the mercury level has gone up since i was a kid. But I've been craving it and other fish. Specifically, salmon(fresh, not canned lol eww), tuna(canned), and fish sticks. I rarely used to eat them before i was pregnant but i didn't dislike them or anything. But lately its all i can think about when I'm hungry haha. I've been trying to fight the urges
Lol u cant eat tuna in moderation tuna and some other fish contain high levels of mercury which can be harmful to baby but eating it once or maybe twice a week wont hurt u!!! And as for roller blading its totally up to u!! I wouldnt only because im a clutz and would totally fall!!! But if ur comfortable doing it and not doin any crazy tricks i dont see why u couldnt do it!!!
