Here is a list of some things off the list my OB gave me.
Fish containing mercury. (this includes Albacore tuna)
Raw eggs
Raw meat
Alcohol
Herbal teas
Caffeine, only in moderation less than 200 mg a day (two cups of coffee)
Soft (imported) cheese
I'm sure there is more, but this is all I can remember. :)
There are many helpful lists if you do a google search. Some no-nos would be alcohol, green tea and certain seafood (raw and shellfish).
