Yup I lost about 7 lbs in the first trimester. I've gained it back plus some lol. My diet hasn't changed since becoming pregnant. I'd say just slip in some fruits and veggies everyday. I eat whatever I crave as well. I worry about gaining weight but I can easily lose it after baby. Just take your prenatals and enjoy it while you can!
I haven't had either of those yet. Well other than feeling nauseous if I don't eat for so long
Peanut butter is good for you and baby, & it will fatten you up. My cousin had juvenile diabetes & couldn't gain weight abd that's what his doctor recommended. He went through a few jars a week. He was 6'4 & only weighed 130. After he gained he got up to 185 & looked great. Just eat healthy abd b you & baby will be fine. Good luck & congratulations. :)
Yes its normal to lose weight in the beginning specially if nausea n vomitting

Hun just eat healthy no matter ur going to gaini don't eat certain foods I just eat whatever I crave or want lbvs I've gained 28 pounds so far but mainly belly I don't pay attention to my weight unless my doctor says something about it but she never does so just enjoy being. Pregnant
