That doesn't sound normal. You could have an infection or something.like geekmom1213 said oochia comes from the vagina not your urethra. I would call your doctor and go get checked

Lochia doesn't come from the urethra, it comes from the vagina. Are you sure the blood is coming from your urethra? That would be something to call your OB/midwife about. Bleeding from the vagina is completely normal and will continue for an average of four to six weeks. But you should not be bleeding from your urethra. That could indicate a fairly serious UTI.

It could be and irritation from the birth my baby is almost 3 weeks and I had stitches and it hurt to pee and even walk

Yes. It's called lochia. Its Normal. Will happen most likely for the next several weeks and it does have an odor, so don't be alarmed.
