What are some natural and effective ways to go into  labor?

My doctor told me sperm is what causes the induction of labor. There is a hormone in sperm that helps soften and ripen the cervix for labor. Nipple stimulation is another one. That came straight from my doctor yesterday
I can't be induced because I'm vbacing but my membranes were stripped to try to help move things along. I'm due tomorrow.

I agree with mum 100%. There is no trick to make it happen. I tried it all with my first pregnancy  (except castor oil...because that can cause some serious issues). I have my membranes swept twice. Once she was ready to come out, my water broke and I went into labor.

Walking and a lot of it with my second child I walked and walked it caused me to dilate sooner then I was due had my son at 36 weeks and 4 days and he was 7 lb 12 oz very healthy baby

Only when your baby and your body are ready for labor will you go into labor. There are many ways that are said to induce labor. As to they being a sure way to induce it, like i said, only if every thing is ready will it work. When i hear people say that this or that method worked for them, i believe it was just a lucky timing. Now it can be induced medically, but you asked for natural so they don't count.

I've been told sex... my SO won't have sex with me though so I can't test the theroy.
