frustrated, but to be sure..

Is it okay to swim being 37+4 weeks?  My bd pap yells at me saying the pressure is going to squish my baby and he is just getting on my last nerve about it! So is it okay or should I not do it?

Lol that's kinda funny, I just recently went swimming for the first time (this pregnancy) and I thought I was in heaven. I've always heard during pregnancy is fine but right after you have baby, they recommend not swimming for about 2 weeks (if you have stitches).
