I went to the hospital with contractions every 3-4 minutes and Ive dilated to 4cm but they sent me home because As soon as I got on the monitor the contractions weren't as bad as they are as soon as I get home they start again really painful I feel like crying I just want some pain relief

I have had to pee after every contraction Is this normal

Try walking or a warm shower, also if you have a significant other or a family member have them rub your lower back and you can rub your belly. I was actually told my last pregnancy that if you rub your belly especially during a contraction it feels like it's helping the pain but it actually makes it last longer and maybe even a little stronger. Also if you have an exercise ball sit/ lightly bounce on it and roll your hips around on it. I got mine for 10 dollars at Walmart and it was a life saver also I was sitting on mine like a minute before my water broke and the only reason I got up was because my baby dropped more made me have to pee then popped my water!
