gas pain:/
This might be a TMI for few but a night I have horrible gas pain that just won't go away n I get constipated . is there a way to relive everything without taking something ? Our do I need to take something?
I have irritable bowel syndrome and pregnancy has only made it worse. I drink half a glass of prune juice every night before bed (yes it will make u feel uncomfortable for a couple of days but its total worth it once u can go and ur not in pain!) I do this religiously never skipping a day
