mucus plug.. opinions anyone??

Hey girl, im 36 weeks with 5 days & on Wednesday I lost little if my mucus plug so did today. I know for a fact that that's a sign that I'll b in labor soon. Not too soon tho. But i wana know if it also means im dilating? Im getting induce in 2 weeks since I'll b 39 weeks by then.. I just want some opinions

I lost mine at 38 Weeks exact and started having contractions right after I was in active labor for 3 days with no progress dialated at a 3 and 95% effaced. (sorry bout the spelling)

I lost the whole of mucas plug and bloody show at 16weeks im now 36+5 also dont no if it is a sign labour is coming soon as nothing happend when i lost mine midwife also confirmed at 16weeks that i lost mine and that they can grow back so unsure of whether i will loose another one again around my due date...

So what your saying is that I'm most probably dilated already at least one

Give birth till i was 39 weeks abd was induced

It does mean you're dilating but it doesnt take much for the mucas plug to come out. I lost mine at 34 weeks and didnt
