Try and ovulation kit and put your legs up for a little while after intercourse!

What comes out after intercourse is more than sperm ...you can't see sperm they are microscopic so there's a good chance plenty of sperm is swimming and ending up where it needs to be ..are u tracking your periods to see when your fertile days are ?started a folic acid / prenatal vitamin ? Good luck :)

It always comes out after going up..sometimes a little bit will stay up there and that's all it takes. It's normal to try for at least a year
