pains since beginning of pregnancy??

I've literally had pains in my vagina since the start of my pregnancy I'm barely 17 weeks so I doubt it's baby that early. . I had them with my last 2 babies also n never could get an answer. They're really sharp n it hurts really bad if Im laying down n sit up or even just to walk thru the grocery store. Its to the point where they're random I could be laying in the exact position for an hour n boom I'll get such an ugly pain. :( Tell me I'm not alone
