I know what you mean. I don't know if it can be any green tea...but i bought green tea with raspberry (for hot tea ) and it tastes ok. I make green tea and add a few squirts of lemon.
I got pregnant 3 months after having my first knee surgery, so that kinda sucked. I had gained a good 20 pounds...then I gained more when I got pregnant. It's just been one surgery after another so i can't exercise much. My knee is still jacked up, so walking is the only thing I can do.
The weight will come off eventually momma. Focus on your little one. Time goes by way too fast. Plus your baby will love you no matter what your weight is.
My highest weight was 265. I weighed that much when I was 17, then got into a car accident and couldn't walk for 4 months. So my doctor put me on weight loss pills. I lost about 30 from them then worked my *** off to lose the weight. I don't want to get that big again, so I'm nervous about gaining weight
Can it be any green tea? The only kind I like is the citrus kind in the bottles.
I was 176 when i got pregnant, delivered at 192. So I know your struggle with weight.
Now I'm at 159 (my daughter is almost 9 months old). Just exercise as much as you can. I take my daughter on walks at least once a day. I eat way less and eat fruit or vegetables with every meal. Green tea is really healthy too. Supposed to boost your metabolism. I don't breastfeed though (i had knee surgery when my daughter was 3 months old, so i couldn't).
I was thinking about doing it until I go after work. But I got a really bad infection in my left boob from a nipple piercing while I was pregnant, and now I have a lot of scar tissue. So I don't know if I'll be able to
If you plan on bbreastfeeding I heard that helps too cuz it takes alot of energy and calories to make milk for your little one :)
Thank you! I've always been a big girl, but I lost 70 pounds before I got pregnant. I've only gained 7 pounds with this pregnancy due to being sick the whole time, but I want to make sure I lose the weight and keep it off.
Take baby on walks, incorporate tons of fruits and vegetables, cut your portions (eat more smaller meals) all that has worked for me.
