Me and my partner found out last week that we are having a baby girl its our first. But we both like different names i like Amelia and my partner likes lalya. What name do you guya prefer xx

I want my nans name in the middle so it will be Amelie marion or layla marion then her last name.  My nan died lasy year so thats why im having hrr name in the middle to remember her by xx

What my husband and I did was put together a list separately and then look at each others list.  We could cross off names we hated on the other persons list and then make a list combined of names we both liked enough to continue thinking about.  No one has to be the sole decider of a name nor do you have to name your child something you don't care for.  Maybe the names you both love aren't going to be the name of your daughter because the other doesn't love it, ya know?  I had my favorite name whacked off my  list because my husband didn't like it.  I wanted us both to like the name.  So, consider making lists, removing names you don't like and then having a combined list of names that you both want to consider.  

But if you are asking which name I prefer of those two, definitely Amelia.  The other is hard to spell and your daughter would constantly be correcting people.  Just my opinion!  good luck

Flip a coin or play rock paper scissors lol use one for first name and the other for middle name. That's the fairest way I can think of. Both are beautiful names!
