Thank you ladies in UK they only ask you to do the test if something is of concern. But cause I will be 36w next Monday I just didn't know if it was going to be too late to try a diet or anything?
Just keep in mind if they put you on a diet you want to look at the carb content not sugar. On the nutritional facts they include sugar already in the carb amount. They have me doing 30g of carbs for breakfast 60 for lunch and 60 fir dinner and my snacks can't be more than 30.
Took mine yesterday I was starving!
I have gestational diabetes and all I have to do is watch what I eat. They had me monitor my blood sugar with a glucometer for two weeks and record my sugars when I woke up and two hours after each meal. When I went back they decided I could just do diet control and be fine. If yours is worse they might put you on medicine or insulin. But I think most doctors use insulin as a last resort.
