glucose test thursday..

Im nervous for my glucose test..honestly I've ate a lot of sugary foods during my pregnancy, and it makes me nervous.. Any advice or something I can do from now until Thursday that could lower my levels?   I'm not entirely sure on what I'm supposed to do tomorrow or Thursday, when my Dr was explaining what I had to do he got called in to deliver and couldn't tell me what to do..all he said was to stay away from pop and carbs what do I have to do Thursday? Can I eat???

I didn't eat for 12 hours even tho my doctor told me I could. I wouldn't eat anything sugary for two days before the test. I took mine today. I have to wait a week or so before I find out the results. Oh and drink lots of water. Not sure about you but if I don't drink lots of water its harder to get a vein.

Dont eat after midnight the day before test.  Try and lower the amount of sugary foods your eating now.  Also, the drink for the test isnt bad its just real syrupy
