glucose test
So j go fot my glucose test or sugar test thks morning. Is there anything i can eat before hand?
I had mine this morning, and one said to fast but than another said to have something very light and no sugar. But at that point I had already fasted.
I had mine this morning my dr said have a light breakfast nothing sugary though
I was supposed to fast for two hour before mine no food no water. I failed it by the slightest thought :( I have to go for a two hour one Friday and I have to fat for 8 hours prior and can have a bit of water this time
I talked to a nurse about it yesterday. She told me to eat a breakfast before. But no sugar.
