Ok ladies, I need some help! I found out today that I failed my 3 hour test and I can't go to the dietician until Thursday. What are some suggestions for healthy meals and snacks?
Um just having my gtt test, last blood will be collected within 20 mins .. I don't whether I would pass or fail .please pray for me everyone
I'm checking my levels 5 times a day. Your nutritionist will give you guidelines and plenty of examples. The only thing that was tough was eliminating fruit. I love fresh fruit
