I have my glucose test coming up next week and my doc said I cld eat before the test....what is ok to eat??

I believe you can eat before the 1 hour test but you have to fast before the 3 hour test, Eat as normal...If you eat a lot of sweets or carbs it will push your numbers up

I always just eat eggs before my test. I've passed both times I've been pregnant. My doctor told me not to eat any carbs at all. Good luck :)

I guess it depends on the doc i don't really know lol but she didn't really tell me what I cld eat she just said don't eat anything sweet so idk what cld be ok to eat because I always eat cereal in the mornings lol

I didn't know you could eat my doctor told me to fast after midnight for the test the next morning just to be safe so you don't mess with your sugar levels I wouldn't eat I heard the three hour test suck
