How do you prepare for the glucose test? I'm so scared that I will fail it. What are some of your tips?
try not to eat after 12pm, and also try not to eat anything before your appointment. My doctors and the people at the glucose office only recommended me to drink water before the glucose test and I passed.
A piece of toast is good. Sometimes fruits will raise ur blood sugar so my doc recommends plain toast and an egg.
Eat things like bananas nothing with too much sugar before you go in because the drink is already has lots of sugar
