I'm 29 weeks5 dys and I have did the 1 and 3 HR glucose test and both times my levels were too high has anyone experience this before?

I had gd with my first pregnancy  and will probs have it this time too. You'll be fine

what's some of the foods the diet consist of?

I just went through this not to.long ago. At first it's very stressful but it does get easier I promise! Just stick to the diet they give u and ur glucose levels should be fine, if u have any questions please feel free to.message me.

I spoke with one of the nurses today and there referring me to a GD specialist thanx for ur advice

Generally if you take both tests and they come back high it means you have Gestational Diabetes. You'll need to consult with your doctor about whether or not you do have GD, and in most cases it can be managed with proper diet and medicine.
