Tylenol and a pillow between legs when laying down
If its muscles you should try bengay (not sure how to spell it). I use it on my back since I was about 16 weeks. I'm now 29+3 and it works great! :) My doctor recommended it, so it's safe lol. It's kind of like icy hot.
thank yall so much for responding...i didnt look at the post because i didnt think anyone else would lol i am going to try and do stretches i noticed that when i take a bath it helps so im gonna try a heating pad too!
I'm 39 weeks on Friday Aby I have had it for a while. mine pop really loud. my husband thought the springs in our yes broke. I take Tylenol every night justvto sleep but laying down and moving your legs around to stretch the area helps some too.
I'm 33 weeks and have it to mentioned it to my midwife and she said it was my joints and ligaments in my pelvis coz there weaker now and told me to wear a pregnancy belt ..... It's helped a lot!
Ugh, I have it too, 36 weeks tomorrow. It's really annoying. I can barely walk sometimes because it hurts so bad. I hate it. My Dr said it's the baby putting pressure on everything and moving down lower and lower. Ugh..
Maybe try massaging it out? I don't have that but it won't hurt to try.
Ps no one hardly ever gives me feedback either, I understand the frustration.
Aww OK. Even at night I can't even turn over without it hurting and waking up :( blah oh well not much longer !!!
I've got it definitely but I'm only 30w. I wish I could get rid of it and my hip pain but there's nothing but pillows and Tylenol :/
I have it too, but I don't know what to do about it
