WORRIED!! Please help!!
So im a first time mommy. For the past few days, (since Tuesday) I have had a cold including a cough that hurts my tummy every time. Also, two of these days, the coughing made me kind of dry heave (mostly liquids) not full on vomit. My doctor advised me not to take any meds & get rest, drink lots of fluids etc. Also, the sickness has made me not really have an appetite so ive been eating quite lightly for the past few days. Because of this, ive noticed my belly looks smaller now. Im freaking out!! I dont wanna say the "M-word" but I am worried. HELP!!
I've been sick thru this pregnancy and at one point couldn't keep a thing down but my mom explained to me that once you eat or drink something the baby gets what he needs from wat you jus ate or drank and then your body gets it...so as long as you rest and can keep something down for 10-15 mins ur baby is fully nutrienced
Ur fine don't stress. I had gastro for 2 weeks when I first got preg. Everything is fine. Ur baby is fine.
