Plums help or plum juice. You can also make likea smoothie. Put a handful of spinach in the blender any fruits that you like and a banana, add some water and ice blend it all together. Spinach has lots of fiber so that will help.
Bananas and plenty of water.
Fiber! You can eat fiber bars, oatmeal and a ton of water.
