gull bladder surgery

Has anyone had their gull bladder removed while pregnant? Im 15wks5d and I have gull stones (had a horrible attack the other night) and my dr said they can remove my gull bladder b4 I hit 22wks, has anyone had this done? Im a little scared

Ive had it way b4 pregnancy,  just worried that it will hurt the baby

I didnt know they can be removed while pregnant.. I had it done after giving birth, recovering isnt bad at all. I was back at school when i got out of surgery.

I have gaul bladder sludge or slump. It only happens when pregnant. Unfortantly for me theres nothing they can do. The attacks are horrible, so i know what your going through.

Good luck. My sister in law waited until after she was pregnant. My family had a crazy accident happen so now my whole family is Leary of getting it removed.

Don't be scared I've recovered pregnant women that had this done. It'll be 4 tiny incisions and they'll just pull out your GB. The recovery is fast and you should be just fine. Best wishes hun
