hair and nails!
Does any of you ladies know if you can take hair and nail vitamins when pregnant my nails are so brittle and break over this littlest things and every time i see my doctor i forget to ask. I tried to research it but got nothing.
I take them every now and then because of the biotin in them. Most of the vitamins in them are the same as prenatals so I don't think it hurts anything. Just don't take them along with prenatals bc that could hurt you
I use a "strengthening" clear polish on my nails, and that accompanied with being pregnant has made my nails more beautiful than they ever have been ! Maybe try something like that (: and leave in conditioners for your hair
