Is it safe to dye my hair just regular dye not bleach or anything kinda curious?? 18W3D

Yah can dye ur hair if u have too but. it does say not to when pregnant i dnt no why my friend bleached her hair all through there pregnancy n she was fine so all i can say is do it if u. Have to but ive stayed away from doin it till ive had the baby just. incase!!

Cosmetologist here and it is safe as long as the area is well ventilated bc the smell can make u feel sick. I permed my hair with dd byt had to do it twice. Hormones will affect the way it turns out.

I know someone who just dyed their hair at almost 40 weeks just gave labor to an adorable healthy baby boy today. BUT I would not every even chance it. My hair is not that important when it comes to my kid. The chemicals can be very dangerous. Some say not to get it on the scalp n youll be fine but I seriously dont see anyway of that not happening. I would suggest not doing it.
