I've been hospital today for bad back pains & belly pains.. I have no infections, my observations were fine, my urine was fine, baby is fine but my god the pain, hurts to lie down hurts to sit up, im not in early labour I'm 27+6 weeks pregnant & they said to take paracetamol well the paracetamol isn't working, neither is bath or hot water bottle, she said its my womb stretching but should it hurt this much I'm in pain I could cry & been advised to see midwife but can't see her till Monday they said it'll pass but its been 2 going on 3 days now anyone else had this? 2nd pregnancy but 1st baby..

It started around 20 weeks for me and I'm 34 wks now and it still gets aggravated a lot. Honestly a hot bath or hot shower beating on my lower back eased the pain too. Just at night when it hurt really bad I got the cold rag

I have a pinched nerve in my lower back on left side and depending on how active I was that day depended on the pain level. Some nights it was so bad I'd cry bc it became constant and i could lay or stand up straight but I finally would fall asleep sitting up with tons of pillow on me. A Heating pad made it worse. id grab a cold wet rag for my neck and head and try to relax that always brought the pain Level down

I've had this since 23 weeks. See your midwife & chat to her about a good prenatal physio. It could be your pelvic floor or pubic bone.
