If you have a whole foods around you get organic dye. It has no ammonia and other harmful chemicals. I used it to get rid of my blonde and I went darker. I used naturtint. I'm sure there are other places you can't get it.

I say go for it!   Darker had less ammonia than lighter.  If you plan on doing it at home see if you can get a friend our someone to help you.  Besides that it's easier with help, you won't have to reach as much.  If you can do it outside  But yea..ventilation =) have fun!

Technically you can dye it now. The less ammonia and such the better and in a VERY well ventilated place. Its never 100% safe. But also keep in mind that pregnancy messes with your balances and can make the dye come out really weird ( wrong color/ splotchy)

If Ur in a well ventilated room go ahead and die it
