confused

I am currently 25w+5d i'm 16 and a ftm so when I sleep at night I have alot of leaking of my boobies,,nn also I have severe postings down there I told my midwife she said its normal but idk also idk if the baby kicks idont kno Wat to feel for and i'm just confused :( please help

It is very confusing time trying to take it all in but you should be able to see your belly move when baby is kicking or if you put your hands on your belly and feel baby move or kick you mite find baby moves when little one hears voices or see lights

u should be feeling your baby kick pretty good by now. ull know when he or she kicks u. and for the leaking and the vag pain thats normal.
