well, i don't have the greasy, dandruff problem. My scalp is fine. My hair will still curl if i put mousse in it and scrunch it while it's still wet. But not with a curling iron. I just found it to be the oddest thing! It has also become unmanageably thick! But very shiny =] I'm pretty happy with it most of the time, as long as I don't try to curl it with a curling iron!
Welcome to the club!!! lol mines want hold curls either no mater how much spritz or holding spray I put on then I have gotten the worse dandruff that my DH has even noticed it and was like whats up with that..lol..atleast my hair stopped shedding though thats a plus!!! Since it shedded really bad the first few months. I also have the greasy issue as well trying to figure out how many times do you have to wash your hair and how do you have dandruff as bad as mines without a dry scalp? Counting down my 9weeks..lol
my hair still curls but yeah like half a day, its so greasy its gross =(
I have natural ringlets and my hair doesnt curl anymore and I had my baby 3 months ago... Have you tried ragging your hair thats the only thing that works for me now..
Ragging:
You wash your hair like normal, whilst still wet you get an old rag either rip it up into long thin strips and get small sections of hair and starting from the ends of your hair, wrap it round the middle of the small rag, and twist it up and tie the rag up into a knot or bow or something do this to your whole head and leave until the morning and walla perfect ringlets. Only thing that works for me. :) xx
The last 2 times i was pregnant i knew straight away by my hair, Like you i have naturally curly hair and after washing it the day later it would go really greesy and id get bad dandruff and every day was a bad hair day (literally) LOL.
Yeah pregnancy does weird things to hair. I have red hair and when I am pregnant it starts growing out almost brown... then a couple weeks after giving birth it goes back to red. Weird right?
