Why when u take shower or bath does hair seem to come out after washing hair?

I lose a lot of hair in the shower and its the same when I'm pregnant as well. I guess its bc I have so much hair, its really really thick.

JuliaAnn I am the same way! I used to lose a lot of hair in the shower, but since I've been pregnant I haven't. I love it!

I don't think its because of the shower. It's probably cause that's the time that you're paying attention to your hair. I'm sure our hair falls out during the day but we don't notice it since were busy doing something. In the shower your washing your hair and you'll notice the hair strands that fall out.

I always have lost hair in the shower my hair is very thick im pretty sure its normal unless ur loosing a lot

I'm actually the opposite, i used to lose a lot of hair in the shower but ever since I've been pregnant...it's pretty much stopped. Are you taking prenatals? Usually those make ppl's hair stronger.
