hands and feet.

My hands and feet hurt super bad. They are swollen so I have been thinking that's why, but last night my hands hurt so bad that it kept me up. Is this normal or should I tell my dr?

My hands and feet have been super swollen and sore. They're so sore due to the fact that they are swollen. With your hands being that swollen and sore, definitely bring it up to the doctor. Try and avoid sodium as much as possible. Drink lots of water to flush it out. Keep your feet elevated. Soak them in hot water with Epsom salt. Eat stuff with potassium to help cancel out the sodium.
