has anyone used the bely bandit and does it work?
I have recently been hearing more about the bely bandit (belly compression band) and using them after the baby to help your stomach get back to it's usual size. I understand that wearing the band will not give you muscle or actually make you lose weight, but i have heard it really help with getting your stomach to go back down. has anyone used them successfully or know someone who has? this is baby #4 for me, so i can use all the help I can get! any experience with this would be helpful!
yeah I did see the mothertucker they mdo look pretty good too, but they cost even more than the belly bandit bands! I'll have to find out if my hospital offer them as well, I'm not sure if they do?
I heard it really helps your back as well. I plan on getting one next time I'm preggers. Did you see the other product they have the mothertucker I want one of those also.
I don't know how they work if you have a vaginal birth, but I had a c-section and the belly compression band they gave me in the hospital helped me SOOO much. I wore if for about 2 weeks after delivery.
