He failed the first one in both ears then the second test he failed in his right ear but the doctors said sometimes babies fail it because they fall asleep or have fuild in the ears ND BABIES ears aren't all the way open

My cousin was born deaf, but had many many more complications than that.
Luckily nowadays they have hearing aids for infants. So even if she can't hear NY herself, she will be able to receive help. I would start learning sign language too. Teach it to her as she gets older.
