You can also use vicks. I put it in my humidifier in my room and on the bottom of my feet and my cheast

I was told not to take mucinex d just plain mucinex or plain Sudafed

You can take any Tylenol mucinex and mucinex d or if you a cough robitussin plain or the dm one and halls cough drops =) hope this helps
